22) ACTUALS: Trading which results in the delivery of a delivery of a physical commodity (like grains, gold, pulses etc.,) to the buyer at the expiry of the contract, these do not end in actual delivery, even then since the trading is in physical commodities, it would qualify as ‘actuals’ trading

He calculates premiums, pensions and annuity rates, bonuses by using risk factors.
24) ADVANCE-DECLINE INDEX: It is also called as AD-Index.
It helps in detecting bullish or bearish trend in stock market in which one divides the number of traded shares, which have risen in price by those, which have fallen. For example if 100 shares have advanced 50 declined on a particular day, the AD-Index is ‘2’ (i.e. 100/2). Numbers more than ‘1’ indicate a bullish trend and less ‘1’ a bearish trend.
25) AD-HOC MARGIN: When a member of a stock exchange has an unusually large outstanding position, the exchange collects margin from him.
